• Instant Digital Utility: All products generated by Passphotomaker.com are strictly **digital files** (high-resolution JPEG images and 4x6 inch printable templates).
• No Physical Shipping: No physical paper prints, plastic cards, or postal delivery services are shipped by the Company. Fulfillment is completed instantly online via browser delivery or digital download links.

2. Merchant of Record (MoR) & Billing Disclosures

To process global customer payments securely, transactions on Passphotomaker.com may be executed via authorized Merchants of Record ("MoR") or international payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Paddle, Razorpay) acting on behalf of Bharathrise Overseas Educational Services LLP:

• Tax & VAT Calculation: Applicable digital sales taxes, Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or local consumption taxes will be calculated and collected at checkout based on your geographic jurisdiction.
• Billing Descriptor: Your credit card or bank statement descriptor will reflect payment to Bharathrise Overseas Educational Services LLP or our authorized Merchant of Record (e.g., `PADDLE.NET * PASSPHOTO` or `STRIPE * PASSPHOTO`).

3. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Because digital utility image processing is delivered instantaneously upon confirmation:

• Performance Confirmation: Once a digital passport photo file or 4x6 print sheet is generated and made available for download, the service is deemed fully performed and consumed.
• Dispute Resolution: If you experience technical issues or are dissatisfied with your digital file, you agree to contact our support team at [email protected] before initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer.
• Fraudulent Chargebacks: Malicious or fraudulent chargeback claims (e.g. downloading the digital files and subsequently claiming non-delivery) will be vigorously contested using server-side generation timestamps, session delivery logs, and IP verification records.

4. User Responsibilities & Government Compliance Disclaimer

Passphotomaker.com formats digital photographs in strict adherence to official published government specifications (such as US Department of State 2x2", Passport Canada 50x70mm, UK HMPO 35x45mm, and Schengen 35x45mm guidelines):

• Source Photo Quality: The user remains solely responsible for providing a well-lit, sharp, front-facing photograph free from physical obstructions (e.g. prohibited eyeglasses, hats, unpermitted head coverings, or shadows).
• Embassy Discretion: Government passport agencies retain final authority over passport application approval. While our tool automates biometric crop alignment, Bharathrise Overseas Educational Services LLP shall not be held liable for application delays resulting from user-provided source photo defects.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, source code, UI elements, branding, trademarks, graphics, and algorithms on Passphotomaker.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Bharathrise Overseas Educational Services LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to generate and download personal digital passport photos.
