Compliance Warnings

Avoid Common Rejection Reasons for Singapore

1. Harsh Shadows or Uneven Lighting

Shadows behind the ears or across the background cause automatic computer rejection. Always face light sources directly.

2. Incorrect Head-to-Frame Ratio

Your head must occupy between 55% and 77% of the frame. Use our built-in guides to avoid oversized or undersized crops.

3. Non-Compliant Background Tint

Submitting a white background for countries requiring light grey (like the UK) or vice versa will cause passport delays. Our tool locks the exact hex code (#FFFFFF).

4. Head Tilt or Smiling

Maintain a neutral facial expression with mouth closed and eyes looking directly into the camera lens with 0 degrees of tilt.
